We have assisted and acted for a number of clients in what is the “front end” of any investment (or sale) in commercial property. This may also include taking your property to market for sale, commercial property renovations, land subdivision and multi-unit developments.

    SMSFs to undertake value appraisal of the fund’s property investment.
