Working closely with the existing occupant Tax Affair Accounting (our client) and Teska Carson the manager of 200 Commercial Road, Prahran, the growing enterprise of Nina’s Flowers has been able to successfully open their first Prahran store. Great example of a “win-win” scenario for all. Tax Affair were able to downsize and exit an existing lease, Nina’s Fresh Flowers found a space and entire building that suits their needs, the owner has found a successful retailer to take over an entire building on a long term basis. Nina’s Fresh Flowers has become a well established fresh flower retailer with the launch of the first store in Ashburton.
