Jacaranda Consulting Suites are specialist consulting suites for medical specialists and allied health professionals working in Banyule. The centre is home to Endocrinology Melbourne and provides medical services to the community, and support to general practitioners in Banyule and surrounding regions. The subject property is located within 100m Repatriation Hospital and within 1km of the Austin and Warringal Private Hospitals. The site occupied a corner position making it easily accessible for rear parking and the convenience of practitioners and patients. The consulting rooms are used by a range of health professionals, including:

• Endocrinology Melbourne – the practice provides specialist medical outpatient ambulatory care, specialising in the management of diabetes and other endocrine diseases.
• Allied Health Members especially those involved in care of patients with diabetes, including dieticians, diabetes nurse educators, podiatrists.
• Pathology services provided by Melbourne Pathology.
